About Binglybongly
Positive, energising music helps to alleviate the
stresses associated with today's hectic existence. Stress,
if it is not identified and relieved, gradually builds up in
the body to a level where it's effects become physical and
manifest themselves as dis-ease.
Music can alter your mood and outlook: music with a positive
aspect can be used to "change your mind" and help
you to cope with just about anything. The right kind of
music can instill hope, optimism and the will to overcome
even the bleakest of situations.
We are looking into links between music, well-being and good
health, and some of our findings can be found in the wellbeing
section of the site.
